Killer Abs on the Ball #1 by Chelle

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 10121)

This is a very intense ab exercise using an exercise ball.

*Go into a plank position with your hands on the floor, (as if you were going to do a push-up), and the front of your feet on the ball. Bring your feet in towards your chest, legs straight and back out again. This movement will create an inverted "V" with your body. Abs are tight during the movement.

I only make the class do about 15 of these max. because they are very difficult.

An option for the less advanced/weaker student is to bend the knee and bring them in towards the chest and then back to the straight-legged plank position.

So either an inverted V or knees in to the chest depending on the level of the student.
