This is a favorite simple leg combo to get heartrates pumping.
I teach this combo on the bag, but it can also be taught without a bag.
In fighter stance at the bag on the right side:
We just do this combo over and over again. It's a great kick combo because it is so simple but yet really works the class and doesn't get too boring after doing it once or twice.
I normally start out by having the class do:
Then we move on and do only:
After we do that several times, then add to it:
Adding the roundhouse, really speeds up the movement. After the front kick and roundhouse has been put together, then we do the whole kick combo as shown above.
