Resist-a-Ball...if you can!!!

This is a Ball pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10126)

If you like sculpting your muscles, then you will love these exercises with the ball! Here are a few just to get y'all started. Don't worry...there will be more to come!

Chest

Get in a push-up position with the ball under your legs. There are 3 different levels this can be done in...
easiest-ball under hips
moderate-ball under knees
hardest-ball by the feet.
*make sure that the body is in alignment*

Back

Lay on top of the ball with the ball near the hips (straight body), take some hand weights and do reverse flies or bent over rows.

Quads

Put the ball in the small of your back against a wall, come down to a squat position so that you can see your toes over your knees. You can do single squats or a simple wall sit. Other positions can vary from your legs being shoulder width apart to wider or closer and turning your feet in, out, or straight ahead.

Hamstrings

Get on all fours on top of the ball. You can do legs lifts with straight or bent legs. I have my class do:
