Doris Cardio Ball # 5: Asking for Ball instructors ? I am still here !!!

This is a Ball pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10129)

Here are two small routines that I use in a circuit training class as a 2 minutes aerobic interval. Music speed: 132-135 bpm. Right foot leads.

Just try this for 2 minutes..... Approximately 8 times

Adding the ball(2 pound resistance) to upper body movements can raise the intensity.
