Kauai - Plank Variation Add On

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10133)

This may be my new favorite oblique exercise which tends to be a favorite part of the abs for my students to work

Incline plank - long arms, hands under shoulders, elbow pulled inward hold for desired breaths.

Turn to the right - feet are scissored, reach to ceiling with top arm hold for a breath or two then slowly lower hips to the ground and lift back up really pressing up through the left obliques - depending on level or students start with only 1 or 2 and work your way up.

Come back to the incline plank in the center.

Then turn to the left and do the same exercise.

Come back to the center and hold the incline plank rolling forward onto your toes and back.

I can't take credit for inventing these - got the ideas from Master Your Body videos by Body bar.
