This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 10139)

Begin by facing front, wide stance:

Combo 1

**HOP-TURN is a plyometric jump with both feet leaving the floor same time, turning to the side and back

Combo 2

Repeat both combos left hop turn etc....

Combo 3

Repeat 2x more or break it down to:
