This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10140)

These are two new combos that my class has tried and really liked. Both are 32 counts and self-reversing.

Combo #1

This combo makes a circle around the step. I cue this by telling them which way we're heading: right or left. The 8 single kicks allows you to change legs and plus it's good to get the heart rate up.

Combo #2

This is FUN. I cue this by telling them that we're combining three steps into one long move: the repeater, straddle, and lunge.
