Just for Kicks

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10143)

Face front.

The "shin" kick: Flex the heel and use a push forward movement.
The "chin" kick: Point the toes, lean back and kick with a slight flicking movement.
The "crescent" kick: Lean back and lift and rotate leg high in a "swoosh" movement.
The "Drop" is a quick squat.

I do four sets with the right lead and then change to the left for another four sets.

I make my "fighters" yell: SHIN, CHIN, CRESCENT, DROP!!! It looks and sounds very aggressive, buts its fun!!
