Steppin' in Nova Scotia

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10144)

Okay, here is my first submission. This is certainly not my most creative pattern, but it's lots of fun because it moves all around the step - you are in constant motion. All of my patterns begin on a left lead.

#1)

Repeat right lead (64 counts total)

#2)

Repeat right lead (64 counts total)

#3)

Repeat right lead (64 counts total)

#4)

Repeat right lead (64 counts total)

* Come on top (left right), left foot taps off front of step 3x moving backwards with each tap, left knee hops back to front (don't tap down) so that the first double knee is the right knee

I teach #1 then #2 and then combine them. Then I throw in some power stuff to bring up the intensity (optional of course). I then teach #3, then #4, then combine them. Then again do another power variation to bring up the intensity. Then I combine all 4 patterns for the remaining 5 or 6 minutes of class, finishing again with some power. Hope you enjoy it and please let me know how you make out!

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me. Enjoy!!!
