Killer hams with the ball

This is a Ball pattern from (pattern 10153)

Lay on the floor with the ball under your calfs. Start easy with glute raises then add inner thighs. This is now 8 counts. Go to a glute raise and then tuck in. You may need to change legs on the ball to heals only. Then you put it all together. Glute up 2 count inner thigh squeeze and release 4 count tuck in 4 count inner thigh in out and down 6 count my class does this for 4 minutes. It's great.
