Alexis' Killa Kickbox

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10156)

Hi everybody, I've been submitting step for a while but this is my first kickbox pattern. Email me with any questions!

Begin with step touches, facing front; change to step-and-knee-smash (not just knee lifts; step together right, left, raise right knee - step together left, right, raise left knee)

Take it to doubles right & left, fours right & left, back to doubles, back to singles

Change the knee lift to a side kick; step together right, left, right leg side kick (remember to turn the left toe out a little) - step together left, right, left leg side kick

Take it to doubles, fours, doubles, singles

Now make it interesting; face front, practice right side kick, left knee, right side kick, and hold - left side kick, right knee, left side kick, and hold

Now put it all together: step together right, left, right side kick, left knee, right side kick - step together left, right, left side kick, right knee, left side kick

Do it in doubles, fours, doubles, singles
