Triple Kick Combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 10181)

This will kick your A--! I use very fast 150 bpm music. Do not do this at the beginning unless you have lots of energy ha ha! NOTE: a round house kick (to me) is your front lead foot kicking up diagonally /. In this your kicks should be moving you forward till you sweep. Then take 4 hops back and start over on the other side.



Repeat all that you can stand. I usually will do other things and then come back to this to get everyone really tired. Have fun. Let me know what you think :)
