Defensive Fight

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11330)

This is one of my new favorites and many of my participants enjoy it.

Participant in fighting stance (right foot forward toe facing north, left foot back shoulder width stance toe facing NW corner of room).

Start with right jabs and then add left cross punches. Eventually make it 3 jabs and one cross (fits an 8 count). Now keep the jabs and make it 3 jabs and one knee from left leg. Now instead of a knee make it 3 jabs and one front snap kick from left leg (a snap kick is with toe pointed - martial arts style). The last variation is to do 3 jabs and then switch the fight position from right lead to left defensive stance. They can jump or just barely lift their feet to change sides.

Each little combo is an 8 count. We get it going good on one side and then keep switching from right lead to left lead. You can also add a jack instead of the switch to change leads.
