Kick, Crescent, and Punch

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11343)

This is my first submission--hope you enjoy!

You begin this pattern in a horses stance.

Repeat the whole pattern beginning with left.

I realize this combo is not a perfect eight count, but it flows nicely and keeps the heart rate up.

There are two kinds of crescent kicks: one that starts from the inside and moves to the outside of the body while standing in a horses stance--this one is called inner-outer crescent kick. The second one is moving from the outside of the body to the inside of the body, hence the name outer-inner crescent kick. It moves somewhat like a fan in a half moon fashion. On the inner-outer kick you hit your target with the outside of the foot. With the outer-inner crescent kick you hit your target with the inside of the foot.
