Jab and Kick

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11344)

The pattern begins in the southpaw stance (right foot forward).

I usually repeat this pattern about three times. When I have made a complete circle and am facing the front wall again I hold the right front kick and left back kick for 2 sets of 8. Then I repeat the whole combo on the left side.

Western stance (left foot forward)

After going around the room three times, hold left front kick and right back kick for 2 sets of 8.

With this combo the jabs take you to each wall in the aerobics room. The front/back/front kicks only take place when you are facing the front of the room and the back of the room.

Jab, jab, jab, front kick, back kick, front kick (facing back wall).
Jab, jab, jab, front kick, back kick, front kick (facing front wall).
