CF's Kickbox #1

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11355)

#1:

(Start with right leg & arm in front, triangle position arms)

Repeat with left lead. Then, replace the jabs with 4 hooks, and again, with 4 uppercuts.

#2:

Repeat with left lead
