Do you love to step??!! 3

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11347)

**I call it shoot hoops but really it is a tap up to the corners for low impact or power hop up for high impact.

**I-step, up right, one jack one the bench, down right, one jack on the floor.

Repeat left lead (32)

**Right step knee is like an L-step but you kick the right leg instead of a knee. So step up right, left knee up exit to left side of bench, kick right leg out, step up right left knee up exit home. I cue it different so the don't mix it up with just an L-step.

Repeat left lead (32)

**Side wind repeater is just a knee repeater moving around the corner of the bench.

**Full reverse turn: from the mambo, facing left corner, step up right mambo, then at right corner step up left open up to the back of room as you step up right, as you step off turn slightly so you exit facing the left corner of the bench (same corner you had done the mambo at), you will be in front of the bench which is why it said that about the mambo.

Repeat left lead (32)

Repeat left lead (32)

**The stomp straddle hop is an 8 count. Right lead:
at the left corner of the bench stomp your right foot on the bench left foot comes up slightly off the floor then goes back down where it started (1-2)
right leg then straddles the bench touching you right foot down on the floor on the opposite side of bench form where you had started, left foot again comes slightly off the floor then goes back down to where it started (3-4)
from the straddle position both feet hop up onto the bench (5-6)
from here exit the bench on the same side that you started, exit left foot then right (7-8)
Start again left lead opposite corner of the bench. If I have new people in my class I will show it before I start the class without music and counting it out for them. If I don't have any new people then I just cue stomp-straddle-hop and they know what to do. For those who don't hop, the low impact clients I have them stomp-straddle-stomp then exit. So instead of hopping I have then stomp the bench again with their right foot (repeat counts 1-2) for counts 5-6 and when they exit they have to do a ballchange to get on the left leg for left lead

Repeat left lead (32)

Please feel free to email me for any furthur breakdowns. Step safely Pam
