This is a Step pattern from (pattern 11349)

Repeat on left lead

I do this combo to get the heart rate up. I start with knees and then replace the knees with ham curls, then replace ham curls with glutes, and finally replace glutes with side abductors. It's easy to follow and fast moving. It's also a good way to teach beginners most of the basic moves.
