Don't Hurt Me!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11353)

This is taught in a front, parallel stance.

Tall man - Pretend you are jabbing at a tall man in the face, then stomach, then groin area, then stomach again (4 counts)

4 men - Pretend you are jabbing at 4 men standing side by side in front of you (4 counts)

Punch down - Pretend the men are down and trying to get up again. You jab down toward the floor near your right foot and then left, bending your knees.

Sweep - pretend someone is sweeping your feet out from under you and you jump up

I like to start out with short patterns and repeat them on both sides. I then end with longer patterns, once they are familiar with more moves.
