Cardio Combo 1

This is a Ball pattern from (pattern 11357)

Holding ball front. Step touch right - (swing ball right, in front). Step touch left step touch left (swing ball left). Step together step (swing ball to the right continuing over head in a circle). Step touch left (swing ball left). Step touch right (swing ball right). Walk forward three steps (ball out front - chest press - with each step). step touch left (ball left), step touch right (ball right), step together step (ball left then over head). Step back three steps (ball out front - chest press X3) then repeat from beginning. I usually teach the feet first holding the ball still, in front first, then add the ball movements.
