Swing Hi, Swing Lo

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11362)

I was reluctant to let my last Hi-Lo routine go, but they really liked this one last night!

Combo A (does not reverse)

Combo B

*First 4 counts are a V-step, for the next 4 counts, just step backwards instead of forwards, creating an "X" on the floor

**Do this like you would a kick on a step, assuming right lead: 1, right foot step forward; 2, left leg kicks; 3, left foot steps down; 4, right foot steps. Think "down, down" for counts 3 & 4. You are now ready to do the heel digs left, right

Combo C

***I also call this a Slide when it becomes hi-impact (thanks, Lisa!). You can do that by doing two leaps to the side, rather than the two steps.

Combo D

Combo E

Combo F (does not reverse)

****All on the same foot, heel dig, side toe tap or lunge, back toe tap or lunge, side toe tap or lunge. Thanks to Barbara, a wonderful cardio instructor!

Combo G

*****Pretty similar to the step, kick, you just step Forward with one foot and do a glute lift with the other, again think "down, down" for counts 3 & 4.
