Sonia's Freeze Frame Warm-up

This is a Warmup pattern from (pattern 11378)

This pattern is as much a balance move as a warm up. I like to add it in with another pattern. It also works well during the cool down and always gets a few laughs. It is done on the floor with whatever speed music you will begin class with.

Repeat sequence again.

I cue this 4 singles, lift and freeze. As we unfreeze I say "back to singles."

We then do abductors and hamstrings and sometimes kicks and glutes too.

Simple, but fun. Hope your class enjoys it - mine did!
