This is a Step pattern from (pattern 11393)

Bench is horizontal

Repeat with left basic

I usually split into sections, repeat a couple of times and then combine the entire combo.

* A step-touch on the floor, but slide your foot across as if you are on a powerslide. Have my particpants do lat raises or chest presses while we slide.
