Back Kick Combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11398)

This one keeps the target in the same place, but make sure to show it without any turns, so those who may have a tendency to get dizzy (or for that matter, just don't want to turn) have another option.

Back kick left (1), then, as you're coming down from the back kick, turn and left jab (2), right punch (3), knee strike left (5), and snap kick left (7). Then, just start with a back kick right, and turn back the opposite way (instead of going in a full circle).

When you show it forward, it will be awkward to jab-punch left, right from the back kick, so just punch right on 3.

Another option with this combination is to not alternate by snap kicking with the opposite leg of the knee strike. Then, you'll just keep starting the combination with the same leg.
