A Kickin' Little Tapless Workout (starring Carole's 7 repeater)

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11400)

Ok, I made you look, it has one tap down, but you can take it out! :) Big long combo that can be cut into 3 different parts - intermediate level

Horizontal bench - right lead

Warmup (I use 135+ bpm) - begin on floor at left end of bench

*Think: step left & curl to face left wall, ready to straddle step, step right to front of step, curl left, step left and curl right, turning back to face front, step right and curl left turning toward right wall. Begin combo on left lead facing right wall.

Part #1

**If you use this combo alone, you exit to back of bench and repeat all on left lead. If using with part #2, exit the knee to left short end (this is the potential tap down).

Part #2

*** You can go back to part #1 and run it 64 counts or add part #3

Part #3

Run it all from the top! Have fun!

My class really liked this. If you have questions about moves or my breakdown techniques, email me. Thank you all for sharing and making me look so creative in my classes! :)
