Stay Low!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11401)

This one is great! EASY to get but out-of-breath challenging! Key to really feeling this one ... stay low. Here goes -

Parallel stance - toes to the front; lead right

**Repeat leading left using right knees**

Put together, it goes a little somethin' like this:

Keep it going, right to left, until none of you can stand it any more. Again, stay low and you'll really feel the burn in the quads and buns.

**Slip: Think low step touch/moving squat - bend the knees and duck down and sweep the upper body to the side/direction in which you are moving. If slipping right: get low, step to right, duck upper body down and sweep up to the right. Some of you may also think of this as half of a bob and weave. Hope that makes sense.
