I have not given a lot of ideas about arms. I find that everyone is different and that some arms that would feel natural to me, are actually difficult for others. So, I leave the arm patterns up to you. If you would like to know what arms I use, please feel free to email me.

With the "pump it up" arms, I give the option of overhead or shoulder height for my classes. I actually call this move "pump it up" instead of trying to say "march with pumping arms" etc. I find my senior's love when I 'name' moves...they actually remember what is coming next more easily (as with general population exercisers as well).
