Sweat it up!!!!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11412)

I like to do a lot of kicking in my classes with a lot of repetitions. I usually intersperse them with jumping jacks or rope jumping (anything high intensity). Anyways here is one routine. . .
