Attack front & side

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11414)

This pattern starts in a southpaw stance (right lead).

Combo 1

Once you have repeated this combo a number of times you can hold the jabs front and up the tempo jabbing to the front only.

Combo 2

This combo turns and faces each wall . When the right foot leads you will always be turning toward the right. Once you have faced all four walls squat three times--right leg still in the lead and switch on four to the other side so that the left leg now leads. Repeat the whole combination on the other side.
