Upper body sculpt rotation

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11421)

Have members get a set of manageable dumbbells. Let them know that they need to use them for every exercise without switching to a heavy or lighter weight.

Use 120-132 beat music and go with the 8 count. You will do eight of each exercise for three or more sets.

(You can use the 7 1/2 count to set up and position for next exercise)
