Aqua Circuit

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 11431)

Hi to everyone out there in turnstep Aqualand!!!!

This is something old mixed with something new, but I tried it tonight, and they loved it.... so I thought I would share. Before you start, make up your "stations", I usually have 3 to 6, and I try to work the whole body, so be liberal....

This is my typical breakdown of the class:

  1. 30 seconds at each station (quick changeovers give them 10 seconds)
  2. 30 seconds at each station with a 60 second cardio break between
  3. 30-45 seconds each station with cardio between each station
  4. Repeat *3
  5. Finish with all of the cardio that you used above.

Hope that you get some use out of this, my class loved the Waterboxing cardio that used, substitute whatever you think is appropriate though!!
