Amber's Butt Burner Step Combo

This is a Double Step pattern from (pattern 11432)

Benches are vertical, the left bench is home (H), right bench is away (A). Begin right lead.

Repeat other side

* V-squat: step up on the bench as if you are doing a V-step (1, 2), squat on top (3, 4), exit (5, 6)

Make your students do good squats to target their gluteus maximus!! Also cue them to squeeze their butt on the glute squeeze and outer thigh lift!
