Use muscle/not momentum/ for Kick box

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11433)

Use your usual warm up I like to teach my more involved moves in the warm up. For this particular one I will teach a Step knee alternating right and left with repeater. Also a Plyo Lunge back and a tap punch side kick

Begin with

Drill 1

-- music works best at no more than 130 bpm. Standing with hips square with front of the room

Repeat above on left side

Drill 2

Drill 3

Repeat left

Stability drills

Finish with your favorite abs

Thanks to all you for inspiring me!! I teach 4 classes (kick box) a week and need new ideas all the time.

This is great for any class but beginners may need extra instruction about form.
