3 Up, 3 Up

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11449)

Come up just like in a regular crunch. At the top of the crunch, PULSE for three, and one count down. Come immediately back up, but this time do a THREE-COUNT up, one count down. That's ONE REP. Repeat for reps. Slow and controlled!
