Sweating in San Angelo

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11455)

Repeat left lead and hustle back

# Consists of 4 grapevines. For the right lead you grapevine right, turn east and grapevine toward the front of the room, grapevine toward the back of the room, turn toward the front of the room and grapevine left.

## Start out like a regular grapevine (right step side, left cross behind, right step side). Now left crosses front, right step side, and left 2 knee lifts. Cue: step, behind, step, cross front, step, two knees.

Intensity can be added by adding a hop back during the V-steps (step wide right/left and then 2 hops to bring the feet back together). I also change up the jacks to add variety (i.e. double jacks, power jacks, etc.)

Hope this makes sense! I taught this at a military base on Friday and they seemed to really get a good work out. I'm sure there are some borrowed ideas in here. Thanks to everyone who submits. This site has really helped me out!
