If You Use this Pattern, You're Life Will Be Better!

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11457)

Bench is horizontal.

*The option for the straight repeater is left knee lift, left foot tap out to the side of the bench, right foot tap off the back of the bench, exit left and right.

**Right knee two repeater, step on top of the bench right foot and left knee lift and exit left and right (you will end up facing the front of the room).

Now, you are on the left lead and you can do the entire routine on this side!

My class is having great fun with this routine. Insert plenty of claps where desired. We have fun mixing up one, two, three and four count claps (my 6 am class isn't quite as "clap happy" as my 9 am class is!)
