Read it today -Teach it tonight!!

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11463)

Hi Guys, hope you like this one. It proved to be great to teach, easy to learn and a tough workout! The combinations are 64 counts in total which I prefer (with the exception of #2 which is double length). I use the first combo as a warm up then return to it later with full-on energy, adding everything else on behind. My classes have loved it, but its now time to move on. So I thought I would commit it to print and post it before it disappeared forever!! Enjoy!

Combo #1 (64 counts)

(I teach each bit in turn to finally build the complete combo)

Combo #2 (128 counts)

(I start this one with just taps around the world emphasizing that throughout the rhythm and directions will stay the same, only the moves change

THEN you guessed it 1 of each which makes for a grinding and sweaty 128 count combo

Combo #3 (64 counts)

Combo #4 (64 counts)

I usually do each combo 4 times (except #2 which is done only twice as it is double length anyway) then back to the start doing everything twice then continue in that mode until they are crying for mercy!
