This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11994)

This was a fun 45-50 minute cardio workout. After breaking down all combos from right to left, I weave them together. First doing combos 1-5 then 5-1. Keeps those choreography freaks happy!

*Pyramid (4): step on bench with lead foot; opposite leg does a glute squeeze, while hopping on ball of lead foot and coming back home, or facing front.

**L turn-a-round (8): This move takes you around the bench; knee lift off side of bench, like regular L-step, then come down-down with both feet (counts 3 & 4) while turning around to face back of room, knee lift completes move. You'll be in front of bench facing the back of the room.
