This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11997)

Remember the old ride at the amusement parks called Tilt-A-Whirl? You can add this move to any shallow or deep routine. As students are jogging, biking, skiing, etc. forward, have them do a 1/2 turn so that their back is now facing in the direction they started. Continue the move backwards. As in the ride, have them turn several times. In shallow, the turn could be suspended or a power move. Or if you're using intervals, the turn could be the recovery.
