Burn Baby Burn Abs Blast

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12000)

Hi everyone...this is my first submission, but thanks for all the great ideas!!!! Thought I'd give some back. I do this ab workout the last fifteen minutes of class (kickbox, hi-low, etc)

After these, I'll switch to obliques:

Stretch out + you are done!!!

Hope this is some help!!! My classes love the variety and time we spend doing abs. They are really seeing the results!
