This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 12005)
This pattern is broken down into 36 counts!!!!!! Hope you
can use and enjoy :D)
- 4 V-steps (1/4 turn each --- face right, face the back,
face the left, face the front)
- 2 Side lateral leg lifts
- Samba cha cha
- Walk up four
- Squat left 1x
Repeat other side---instead of walking up 4 you walk back
Everything is broken down here----I stretch it out
before I break it down
- Grapevine 8 count (step front step behind step front)
- Shuffle 2 and 2 ( 2 left and 2 right)
- Turn left and walk up 3 with 3 knee lifts
- Walk back 3 with 3 hamstring curls (facing back to the
front) repeat left side
- 1 Triple hamstring curl (like repeater 3 on the step)
- 1 Double hamstring curl
- 3 Single hamstring curls
- 2 Samba cha cha's
- 2 V-steps (1 front 1 back)
- Walk up 4 count 2 right side taps to side (moving 180
degrees---face back of room)
- Walk to back of room 4 count 2 left side taps (moving
180 degrees---face front of room)
- Grapevine 2 times (4 count each---total 8 count)
- 2 Single knees 1 double
