Easy Intensity

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12007)

Hi! This is just a quick one. Saw another pattern on the site similar to this one that I teach once in a while. It is easy to teach, but it can be intense if you put your all into it. It can be done on the right and then repeated on the left, no problem.

From this point you can just repeat the 4 items listed, or you can also add on Heel Digs, jump rope, power jump squats, etc. Just adds to the intensity.

Hope this is interesting. I have also done a similar type of pattern using a "grapevine turn" (grapevine right, 180 degree turn, grapevine left) and then jog knees up, jacks, and then add on similar athletic moves.
