Hit That Target!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12016)

Front snap kick right (1), crescent kick left (3), side kick right (5), palm press left (7). In this combination, the target remains in front and gets hit by each of the three kicks and by the palm press. So that left crescent kick is going to turn the body a quarter turn to the left, so when you execute the side kick, you are facing the left side of the classroom. This way, the right side kick hits the front of the class. Then, you just finish with the left palm press and repeat. After about 8 reps of this 8-count combination, start it with the front snap kick left.
