Cardio Box Drills

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12022)

Hello everyone! This is a pattern that I sometimes use in my cardio box class. It's really easy but it's a great workout for you and your participants. Enjoy!!

Combo 1

Begin with a toe tap and keep it going throughout the combo.

(repeat 7&8 and switch sides)

Repeat the entire combo one or two more times. On the second and third time add a punching bag for 16 counts after the jab and a flurry for 16 counts after the uppercuts.

Combo 2

Hold feet a little more than hip width apart with knees slightly bent for balance.

(repeat 7&8 and switch sides)

Repeat entire combo one or two more times.

Finish with standing ab crunches or basic crunches and oblique twists on a mat.
