32 count warm up:
- Walk up 4x (4 counts)
- Hop - right, left, right, left (feet together) (4 counts)
- Walk back 4x (4 counts)
- Hop - right, left, right, left (4 counts)
- Ski 4x (right foot forward first) (8 counts)
- Jump rope 4x (8 counts)
Now start with left to walk it up!
