Combo one:
- 4 Step touches (right+left)
- Hamstring curls single, single, double
Repeat above two lines leading with the left
- Grapevine L-shape right
- 4 Knee lifts on the spot (facing right wall)
- Grapevine L-shape back
- 4 Knee lifts on the spot (facing the front)
- Scoop forwards (8 counts)
- 1 Box step (lead right foot)
- 1 Mambo step (lead right)
- Scoop backwards (8 counts)
- 1 Box step and 1 mambo step (lead right)
Repeat all on the left side
Combo two:
- Jog diagonally to the right corner (8 counts)
- 4 HALF/FULL Jacks on the spot
- Jog back to face the front (8 counts)
- 4 HALF/FULL Jacks on the spot
- 4 Knee lifts facing forwards
- 4 Hamstring curls on spot (or turning in a circle)
Repeat above two lines
