I just found this website a I love it! I am getting tons
of new ideas...THANKS A BUNCH! I thought I would share one of
my favorites. I think I got it from a video somewhere but it is
fun and really gets your heart pumping.
I add it at the very end of my intense part of the workout. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
(I do this a few times and then add on)
*When you shuffle you end up turning on the last one to face the short end of the step.

**When you do the 4 slow jacks you can add a variation (I think this is the fun part) on the first slow jack you hop and jack to the side wall, on slow jack 2 you hop and jack back to the front, on slow jack 3*** you hop and jack back to the side wall, and on slow jack 4 you hop back to the front.
***On jacks 3 you can try and hop jack all the way to the back and then bring it back to the front on 4. I did attempt this in one of my classes and they weren't quite ready for that yet. Good luck and have fun! Email me with any questions!
