Hi! This is a fun and easy routine that I think you will
enjoy!
All moves start with right lead.
Combo 1
- (8) Step touch forward 4x
- (8) Leg curl back 4x
- (8) Step touch forward 4x
- (8) Leg curl back 4x
Combo 2
- (8) Grapevine L (right leg)
- (8) Single leg curls 4x
- (8) Mambo right leg 2x
- (8) Grapevine L (back to center)
- (16) V-step right leg 4x
- (16) V-step left leg 4x
Repeat left lead
Combo 3
- (8) Heel presses alternate right leg, left leg 4x
- (8) Side tap alternate right leg, left leg 4x
- (8) Back lunges alternate right leg, left leg 4x
- (8) Side tap alternate right leg, left leg 4x
- (16) Single side lunges right, left 8x
- (16) Double side lunges right, left 4x
Combo 4
- (8) Scoop forward 4x
- (8) Shuffle in place 4x
- (8) Pony back 4x
- (8) Egyptian hop right leg 4x, left leg 4x
Combo 5
- (8) Front kick forward 4x
- (8) Kick back 4x
- (8) Single knee up alternate right, left 4x
- (8) Double knee up right 2x, left 2x
