Basis Step N Sweat

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 12040)

Step is horizontal. All combinations begin with a right lead. All combinations are self-reversing.

Combo A:

Total 32 counts, repeat left lead

Combo B:

Total 32 counts, repeat left lead

Combo C:

Total 32 counts, repeat left lead

Put all combos together and add arms and hops to make them sweat. This is for a basic class and it covers most of the most commonly used steps.

I always end with squats single time (10)
Squats double time (10)
Repeat as many times as they can stand.

Lunges with right knee on the bench single time (10)
Lunges double time (10)
Repeat left leg.

Straddle the bench and squat into a hover, hold the hover for 10 full seconds, stand up, squat right back down, hover 10 more seconds. Do this until everyone groans or yells at you.
