This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 12041)

If you wanna make your class sweat and hate you!!! Here's what you need to do.

Add Barbells to your class.
For example:
Use a 1 pound barbell and add five or ten pounds to each side. No matter if you are cycling or spinning the barbells fit perfectly on your handle bars. Have your class sit up with their backs nice and straight: make sure there still pedaling.. Have them do overhead presses to work their shoulders and have them do bicep curls for their biceps. I recommend getting a Powerflex tape from DYNAMIX. On these tapes there is a 1 minute transition song between each song...Have the class incorporate the weights during that 1 minute... I hope this helps!!!
